Today’s posts from the Design Team highlight six stamp sets: Fresh Cut Dahlias and our text background cling stamps: Tiny Birthday, Tiny Congratulations, Tiny Thank You, Tiny Hello, and Marvelous. We also have a stand-alone die set called Petal Cut Peonies and are introducing two couture mixes! (All new products will be linked Friday). Preorders start Friday, with shipping estimated on Sept. 14.
For the first card, I wanted to use Tiny Birthday background stamp and thought a balloon shaker would be perfect for it! The background was heat embossed in white and the color was created with ink smooshing technique (colors listed below). I used blue foam sheet instead of foam tape. You can see the color inside the shaker, and I think it looks great since it matches with the background and shaker mix. The sentiment is from an earlier stamp set, It’s Cray Cray.
My other two cards use Fresh Cut Dahlias. I wanted to create some clean and simple ones using basic stamping. The florals and foliage were stamped with Altenew layering inks. For the first one, I used masking so I could place two dahlias in the vase. I added some shading to the vase with a cool gray Copic Marker and fussy cut the florals and vase. The sentiments for these two cards are from stamps we’ll reveal tomorrow. They were both stamped with VersaFine ink.
Make sure to visit The Ton, Jessica, and Mayline for more looks at this release! And don’t forget to leave a comment here and on the other three blogs for chances to win a stamp set of your choice! Come back every day this week for continued reveals! Thanks for visiting! ♥ ♥ ♥
