Here is a list of our blogs (in no particular order):
I have four cards for you today. For my first card, I am featuring But First word dies. I created the backgrounds with the smooshing technique and distress inks. I sprayed shimmer mist and once it was completely dry, I die-cut the words “but first” from the watercolored cardstock and from plain white cardstock. I added the white ones where the watercolored words were. For one of the cards, I simply stamped and heat embossed the word coffee from Caffeine Crush Sentiment. For the other card, I added parts of a white doily and a teacup (stamped with Fossilized Amber and watercolored with Finetec Gold paints).
For my third card, I stamped the heart from Tea Party in Delicata Gold and watercolored with distress ink. I added some ink splatters of Peacock Feather and gold. The sentiment was heat set with white embossing powder. I added some strips of patter paper, gold vellum, and some washi tape. I finished it off with some sequins.
For my last card, I stamped the cups from Hug in a Mug using a Copic-friendly black dye ink and stamped the latte with a light dye ink. For the “foam art” I stamped with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I added shading around the cups with Copic markers and added some details with Finetec Gold paint and dark Kirarina marker. The sentiment was heat set with white embossing powder. I added some coordinating pattern paper in the back before matting it all down.
