For the blog hop, I created a set of five cards focusing on Haute Wedding Dress. I have so many ideas for this stamp set, but I’ll show you one way to use it.
All cards were created in a similar format with slightly different designs and colors. For this card, I stamped the main image onto white cardstock with Caviar Hybrid Ink, which is The Ton’s Copic-friendly ink pad. I colored the hair and skin with Copic markers. I stamped the image onto Scor-Tape sheet and fussy cut the dress part carefully (the ink might smudge). I removed the liner from one side and glued it over the dress part of the image I colored. I pressed down all parts of the sheet carefully so that the adhesive could flatten equally. I removed the top liner and sprinkled gold glitter all over. I shook off all the excess. The sentiment was stamped with VersaMark onto black cardstock and heat set with gold embossing powder. I added strips of pattern paper and black cardstock on the left side over the cardbase. I added the image layer over the card base. I added strips of pattern and white paper under the sentiment banner and attached with foam tape. I finished off the card with black twine and gold sequins.
For the next card, I followed the same steps but used black glitter and stamped the sentiment with Noir Ink.
For the third card, I used pink glitter.
For my next card, I used white glitter and added a little bouquet. The sentiment is from Timeless Icons and stamped onto vellum with Noir Ink.
For my last card, I used black cardstock and red glitter. I added strips of washi tape and even a layer of fabric over the dress.
What do you think?! Fabulous or what? If you enjoyed these cards, please do visit my earlier posts 🙂 And don’t forget to hop along and comment to increase your chance of winning one of the prizes.
*I do not have all exact glitters linked, but any fine glitters should work!
Thank you for visiting and for all the love! ♡
