Craft Room Organization & Tour (Discount + Giveaway!)

Check out my post on Alcohol Ink Organization & Swatches from yesterday!

Hello! Since I’ve been sharing some organization posts on Instagram, I’ve gotten requests to share more details. Many of my organizers come from OrganizeMore and Amazon, inspired by other amazing crafters and adjusted so that it’s efficient for the way I work. Please bear with me as I haven’t written in a while and my thoughts aren’t as organized as my craft room! 🙂

NOTE: Don’t forget to read to the end for a 10% off discount code generously provided by OrganizeMore just for my followers AND a giveaway of one of the mini ink trays!

YES! I am finally doing videos, but please be nice. I don’t know how to do much else besides recording right now, lol. I don’t know how to edit or do voiceovers. This is good practice for me for when I want to start doing card tutorials. I appreciate your support and patience greatly! Check out my 15-minute tour of my craft room here:

All products will be linked below. If you have specific questions, just ask 🙂 If there are certain systems you want me to go into more detail, I will try to do separate posts. Of course, I will continue to share photos and updates on Instagram as well. A lot of work goes into writing blog posts, taking photos, editing photos, adding watermark, adding links, etc. so it’s generally much easier to just post on Instagram. That is one reason I never give anyone a thumbs down or leave any mean comments on blogs or YouTube videos. People put in a lot of work! Let’s try to nice to one another 🙂

Here are some photos of some of my room.

**NOTE** Some things I forgot to mention in my video:

I just realized that the makeup palette holder that holds my Distress Oxides is currently out of stock. I tried to look up alternative palettes that would hold all 24 pads, but none are available on Amazon at this time. Once I find something, I’ll be sure to update about it on IG! I apologize. Please ignore the link in my lists for the makeup palette as it leads to other organizers.

All my cut cardstock are A2 size (4.25″ x 5.5″) or A2 cardbases (4.25″ x 11″ for vertical cards or 5.5″ x 8.5″ for horizontal cards)

The black dividers I use for cardstock organization are 4″x6″ chipboard, which are nearly impossible to find. Natural ones in that size are available. The other option would be to laminate cardstock and use those as dividers.

All my stamps and dies are in clear storage sleeves. I use both Avery Elle and a different brand linked above. For dies, I buy 4″x6″ magnets with adhesive that I stick to an insert and place into a sleeve with the dies.

Stamps are organized by company, and dies are organized by category. I keep 6″x8″ in one bin and background stamps and stencils in another bin.

You might have seen it briefly in my video, but I hold my heat gun on this on my pegboard. It’s so convenient!

I used black on matte silver label tape for labeling my Distress Oxide inks. I used this 1/2″ circle punch for the color dots on my distress oxide blending tools. The dots were blended on Bristol smooth paper.

If you love the Photoboards I use in my photos, you can receive 10% off with this link!

The fabric bins in my Raskog Cart can be found at The Container Store.

You can look out for sales around holidays (Labor Day, Black Friday, etc.) for online shops. I accumulated these over the years with majority of it through purchase, some on sale and some for retail price. I cannot recommend that you accumulate what I have accumulated. There are many crafters who have more than I do for various reasons, in particular if it’s part of their job or they have been crafting longer than I have. I wouldn’t aspire to be like anyone else. I like to spend and I like pretty things, but that’s just me. Everyone has different beliefs about money, spending and life so ask yourself what you want and make it happen within your means. There is no point in accumulating a room full of stuff if you’re not feeling fulfilled within. Hope that helps! 🙂

I’m just getting started, you look more like a store than an individual,LOL, how does one accumulate so much? are there sites with discount products or giveaways? any help would be appreciated, thanks again great video and very inspiring.

Hello! I was wondering what you have all your 6×6 background stamps and stencils in, individually? They sounded like they were quite thick and sturdy, when you flipped through them. It also looked like they had some type of closure. Thanks!

Hi Susan, it’s a Black Spinning Lipstick Tower. I bought it from a company online called Original Beauty Box. They don’t have any more available in that color (only pink). You can search on Amazon for lipstick organizers/towers for similar items. Hope that helps!

Wow! You have a lot of crafty supplies and I love it! I really love all your organization…especially your Nuvo drops and Distress Oxide blending tools. I have a lot of work yet to do in my craft room. I find that I tend to spend more time crafting and making creative messes than organizing! Lol. Won’t you come organize my room for me?! Great post!
