Alcohol Ink Coloring with Heat Embossing for Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Altenew Exclusive: Dainty Sprig
Hello, friends! I’m so excited to be part of the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Altenew Exclusive: Dainty Sprig release today! I have a fun card sharing alcohol ink coloring with heat embossing. This collaboration set is exclusive and limited edition so once it sells out, it will no longer be available. If you love florals and uplifting sentiments, this set is for you!
If you’re new and have never experienced STAMPtember, here’s a little information from Simon Says Stamp:
STAMPtember® (stmp-tmbr) is defined by Simon Says Stamp… an event intended to inspire, educate, and celebrate our community of stampers. This year you’ll also see a focus on many other exciting products like dies, notecards, and some very special surprises. Our intention is to be your one stop shop in this awesome community! Rubber stamps still remain at the heart of our business, and we are celebrating by releasing exclusive products with many of the industry’s finest brands.
For this card, I started by stamping the image with clear embossing ink and heat-embossing with gold glitter embossing powder on heavyweight Yupo paper. I added alcohol blending solution and drops of alcohol ink to “color” the image. I used cotton swabs to help move around some of the ink. I’m not one to have much control with alcohol ink, but this was fun to try! I heat-embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder. All products linked below.
