National Tea Day Blog Hop with Studio Katia (+ Giveaway)

Hello, friends! Today is International Tea Day and some of the Studio Katia team is joining with the Coffee Loving Cardmakers to celebrate! I created a card using A Cup of Thanks. Who wouldn’t love to receive some flowers in a lovely teacup? Tea and flowers always bring me comfort. You can find more inspiration on the Studio Katia Blog (the full blog hop list is below).

PROJECT

Affiliate links may be used in this post. You can find the lists of my favorite supplies here.

For my card, I started by stamping the image from A Cup of Thanks in black on white cardstock. I colored with my Copic markers and added highlights with a white gel pen.

I die-cut it with the coordinating die.

For the base, I used the Brush Stroke Wave Stencil and did light blue ink blending.

I used one of the dies from Simple Borders Creative Dies to die-cut the sheet partially, which I mounted on my folded card base. I stamped the sentiment in black and finished it off with some iridescent gems and twine.
