Altenew Watercolor Brush Markers Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello, friends! I’m part of the Altenew Watercolor Brush Marker Release Blog Hop today! I created a watercolor floral card for you. You can find all the details for new products and giveaways below.

You should have arrived from the most talented Kristina Pokazanieva’s Blog and the next stop on the hop is my dear friend Kelly Latevola’s Blog. If you lose your place or need more information, you can begin on the Altenew Card Blog.

PROJECTS

Affiliate links may be used in this post. You can find the lists of my favorite supplies here.

I started by stamping images from Engraved Flowers with black ink on watercolor paper. I watercolored them loosely with the new watercolor brush markers.

I die-cut them using the coordinating dies. For the base, I added splatters by adding some color to my media mat and using a plain wet brush.

I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder on black cardstock. I arranged the images and sentiment over the base and added some gems.

All products are linked below.

The coloring of those flowers is gorgeous!! I love how vibrant they. I didn’t expect such colors to be available from a winter inspired set. These pens look amazing.

This card reminds me of a trip my husband took with my sister and brother in law. We went to Hawaii and the flowers were very vibrant, just like this card. Really pretty and nice balance!
